Sleeve rollers are available in many sizes to suit numerous printing and coating applications and can offer significant reductions in manual handling and change- over times. MDS Ltd can offer engineering solutions, allowing Sleeve Systems to be fitted to existing lines that were originally designed only to use removable rollers.
The system shown is supporting a  245mm x 1750mm long sleeve roller, weighing 400 kg on a Kroenert Coating Head. This hydraulic package is sequenced with a simple 2-button operation: “LOAD” & “UNLOAD” and has turned a 2-man roller change, taking 30 minutes into a 10 minute sleeve change with 1 operator.
